Scheduling Policy
All services require an appointment. We recommend booking at least 3-5 business days in advance. Emergency services are available for well and septic issues and may be scheduled same-day or next-day when possible.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a trip fee charge. Lab testing fees are non-refundable once samples have been collected and submitted for processing. Service work that has been started but not completed may be eligible for a partial refund at management's discretion.
Trip Fees
Trip fees are charged in addition to service prices and vary by county. Trip fees cover the cost of travel to and from your location. Some services, such as radon testing, require multiple trips and will incur multiple trip fees. See our Service Area section for county-specific trip fee information.
Release of Results
Water test results and inspection reports are released to the client who ordered and paid for the service. Results may be shared with third parties (such as lenders or real estate agents) only with written authorization from the client. Lab results are typically available within 24-48 hours for bacteria tests and 3-5 business days for comprehensive panels.
