I can’t recommend WNC Independent Labs enough! I called to schedule a septic pump and was scheduled promptly. The team that showed up was knowledgeable, efficient, respectful, and took time to educate me on the system. They went above and beyond to troubleshoot problems, educate me on how the system works, and possible issues that may arise in the future if not dealt with now. At my request, they also took a water sample while they were here for the pump to run tests. Absolutely great experience with this business! Highly recommend. Edit to add: We had evidence of further septic issues and contacted WNC Independent Labs again for assistance. They completed a thorough inspection, looked at all possible scenarios, and found the issue quickly. They were able to do a relatively small, inexpensive repair due to their thoroughness. I feel confident saying most other companies would have recommended a much more costly solution and would not have found the real underlying issue. Thanks to James and his team for saving us time and money! They were all efficient, knowledgeable, thorough, and even entertained our small boy who was fascinated by their trucks and equipment.
