We had to get our well water checked out recently because of some suspected corrosives. We got a complete report from WNCIL in 2 days. I called the lab for clarification and they talked to me for about 20 minutes, carefully answering my questions. The only bad news: coliform bacteria was present. I arranged for them to do the well chlorination. Although they did insist it needed to be done, they did not pressure for me to use them to do so. They came out a week later and did the chlorination. The techs were great guys and clearly knew their stuff. The office staff and the techs were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I will definitely use them again.
