Water Testing

Price is per sample.
If we arrive on-site and cannot complete the job due to circumstances beyond our control, we will charge a wasted trip fee. For example, if we are doing a water test and the water is not on, or if we arrive and the key is missing or doesn’t work.
If canceled one business day before, the water test is 100% refundable.

Well Inspection

Price is per system. Well Inspection $350
Not all items apply to all systems. Items that are inaccessible, appear unsafe, etc, may not be tested. Some items may not be tested due to the type of system or condition of the system.
Includes property and permit research, well head (or water source), pressure system, recovery & flow tests (if possible), full-color photos, cistern if applicable, spring box if applicable, etc.
If canceled one business day before the well inspection is 50% refundable.
Once we arrive on-site, we will inspect to the best of our ability. If components are inaccessible, we will note that in the report. If a reinspection is requested after the issue is fixed, a new inspection & trip fee will be charged.

Septic Pumping

Our septic pumping service includes:
- Pumping up to 1,000 gallons of flowable solids
- Dump Fees
- Filter cleaning, if applicable/possible
Prices are for pumping a septic tank that is uncovered (or pumping as part of our inspection) – see this section for more information.
These Additional Services are available (at additional cost)
- Uncovering both lids up to 3 ft deep is $75; or homeowner can uncover – see this section for more information.

Payment of a “deposit”/non-refundable amount is required to schedule a septic pump.
Septic Pumping
Pumping is refundable if canceled one business day before. After that, the “deposit” becomes non-refundable. Some circumstances where the “deposit” is nonrefundable:
- The truck comes out, but the tank cannot be located or is inaccessible.
- A standard pump is not possible due to distance, elevation differences, the thickness of the contents, etc.
We will refund everything but the deposit and provide you with additional options in such situations.
Additional Inspection Discount

$35 off for each additional inspection.
This includes water tests, well inspections, and septic inspections on one property.
Examples:
- Well Inspection & Water Test = one $35 discount (two inspections, 1 discount)
- Well Inspection, Water Test, Septic Inspection = two $35 discounts (three inspections, 2 discounts)
- Two Septic Inspections on one property (for instance, a house and a guest house) = one $35 discount (two inspections, 1 discount)
Radon Testing

ONLY available with a water test, well inspection, and/or a septic inspection.
Price is per test.
- 48 hour- $175

Chlorination

- use contractor-grade chemical
- calculate how much to use based on the specifications of the well
- start the treatment
- circulate the treatment through the system
- “run-off” the treatment
- lastly, we INCLUDE a basic bacteria Water Test!*

Our chlorination service starts at $550 for wells up to 400 ft deep. After 400 ft, it’s an additional $100 for up to an additional 100 ft.
*The Basic Bacteria Water test can be upgraded to a Lender Water Test if needed for a loan with an additional fee.

Includes property & permit research; locating, including e-locator if necessary; uncover both tank lids (if possible*); inspecting the septic tank; inspecting additional system components including pump tank, d.box, additional tanks as applicable and possible*); drainfield area; camera inspection of accessible lines if possible; full-color photos; etc.
If canceled one business day before – the Septic Inspection is 50% refundable.
